[23a-E204-3] Magnetization singularity in the composition of substitutional Ir atoms in LSMO epitaxial films

In the previous meeting, we successfully fabricated Ir-substituted (La,Sr)(Mn,Ir)O3 (LSMIO) epitaxial thin films with even larger spin orbit interaction than that of Ru, and reported the appearance of perpendicular magnetization for the first time. In this time, we prepared LSMIO thin filmsby varying the Ir concentration from 0% to 42%, and we will report the correlation between the detailed Ir concentration and the electrical and magnetic properties.
