[23a-E206-8] Wireless soft electronic systems by intrinsically stretchable high-frequency diodes

Skin-like soft and stretchable electronic devices will enable skin-conformable next-generation wearable devices. Here we show an intrinsically stretchable diode that can operate at a high frequency of 13.56 MHz by developing stretchable electronic materials, including stretchable semiconductors. Moreover, we integrated our diode with a stretchable antenna, sensor, and display to realize a wireless soft electronic system. Our findings can accelerate the further development of high-performance stretchable photovoltaics and light-emitting diodes.
