Bull's eye structure composed of concentric circles in plasmonic chip has an antenna effect. In this study, we attempted to show and control an antenna effect of the fluorescent nanoparticles on the plasmonic chip by the emission enhancement effect. The fluorescence image obtained under the observation conditions with only emission enhancement showed a clear antenna effect with a low magnification objective lens. This is thought to be dependent on the relationship between the resonance angle in the emission wavelength range and the detection angle range determined by the aperture of the objective lens.
