[23a-E304-11] [Highlight]Material Dependence of Double-Pulse Laser Processing using Vector Beams

The aim of the present study is to experimentally investigate laser micro-processing with the three-dimensional polarization distribution, which is produced by a tightly focused, radially polarized beam under high numerical aperture focusing conditions. In this talk, we show the experimental results of laser micro-processing of various metal surfaces using a double-pulse configuration using a vector beam and a circularly polarized beam and discuss the effect of the longitudinal electric field at the focus.
