I developed a polymer-based flexible color filter for biofluorescence measurement.
The filter is 3.2 µm thick and consists of two Fabry-Perot filters with a silver-parylene-silver structure on a parylene substrate.
The transmittance ratio of peak wavelength and 20 nm toward a shorter wavelength is less than 1.05×10^-3 which was kept after 100 times bending with a radius of 1 mm.
