[23p-D114-3] [The 51st Young Scientist Presentation Award Speech] Anomalous Wavelength-Dependent Photovoltaic Effect in Sb-Based Chalcohalide device
Keywords:photovoltaics, wavelength dependence, lead free
Here, anomalous wavelength-dependent photovoltaic effect (WDPE) of the photovoltaic devices using Sb-chalcohalide (SbSI) is reported. Shockley diode model, which represents the output property of photovoltaic, generally dose not consider the influence of irradiated wavelength. In fact, conventional photovoltaics such as silicon, perovskite, and organic photovoltaics do not show any change of JV characteristics by changing the irradiation wavelength. However, it was unexpectedly discovered that the devices using SbSI showed the obvious change in the output characteristics by changing the irradiation wavelength. In this study, the detailed device property was studied by using various methods such as Time-Resolved Microwave Conductivity (TRMC), transient photovoltage (TPV). Based on the results, the mechanism and the application will be also discussed.
