"Quantum annealing machine" is expected as a breakthrough for the high-speed solution of the combinatorial optimization problem. Quantum bits used in quantum annealing machine include flux qubits and Josephson parametric oscillators (JPO) with excellent noise immunity.
In this talk, we report on the design of a JPO that realizes wiring by electromagnetic field coupling composed of superconducting 3D mounting, which is being developed to achieve both coherence and integration of JPOs.
