To understand the electronic states of the infinite-layer cuprates, we prepared thin films of infinite-layer (Ca0.85Sr0.15)1-xLaxCuO2 on the LSAT substrate by the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique and investigated annealing effects on the electronic states. It was found that there was almost no excess oxygen but in-plane oxygen defects in as-grown x = 0. For x = 0.10, on the other hand, the electrical resistivity decreased by two orders of magnitude through the reduction annealing. This suggests that the excess oxygen in the La-substituted as-grown films is probably removed by the reduction annealing.
