[23p-D316-9] Crystal control of spin pumping effect in Sb2Te3

Chalcogenide materials used in phase-change memory have strong spin-orbit interaction, and the possibility of controlling the spin properties by using reversible phase change is expected. In this study, we focused on Sb2Te3, which is a typical chalcogenide phase change material, and investigated the spin pumping effect in bilayer stacked films of Sb2Te3 and ferromagnetic CoFeB by changing the crystal state of Sb2Te3. In this talk, we will discuss the relationship between the crystallinity of Sb2Te3 and the spin generation efficiency from the results.
