DNA origami can control the spatial arrangement of molecules and nanoparticles with arbitrary functions. Therefore, it has the advantage of being able to change the surface properties of nanostructures. In this study, we aimed to construct functional microstructures by combining DNA origami structures with gel-like microstructures whose surface properties can be easily controlled. To achieve this goal, we investigated the interaction between DNA droplets/gel and DNA origami structures.
