The diffusion coefficients of lipid molecules in lipid bilayers are an important indicator to evaluate the properties and conditions of lipid bilayers. In this study, the interaction of lipid molecules with the substrate and the change in diffusion coefficients of lipid molecules due to changes in the surface charge of the substrate and the surrounding environment (salt concentration) were evaluated by the fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) method.
