AlphaFold2 is a deep learning-based protein structure estimation system developed by DeepMind, which has been widely used in structural biology and biophysics since its release in July 2021. In this presentation, we will introduce the installation and trial use of AF2 on the Flow Type II supercomputer at ITC, Nagoya University, in which both SSD for fast database searches and GPU for accelerating deep learning are equipped.
