[23p-E201-2] Nonlocal Josephson effect derived from Andreev molecule states

Keywords:Josephson effect, Andreev bound states, semiconductor

When the Andreev bound states formed in different Josephson junctions are coherently coupled, Andreev molecule state are formed, and the supercurrent in one junction can be controlled by the phase difference in the other junction. In this talk, I will present our experimental results of nonlocal Josephson effect derived from the Andreev molecule states using semiconductor-superconductor heterostructures. I will also discuss spectroscopy results of the Andreev molecule states.
