The technique to reduce the decrease in power generation efficiency and alleviate view angle dependence of color tone by using a dielectric multilayer film having a few spectral reflection peaks with a narrow wavelength width was developed. Various parameters were changed using simulation software, OptiLayer, to optimize the optical properties. Almost achromatic color was obtained in the color coordinates at an incident angle of 0 °. The hue could be maintained with the increase in incident angle. The loss of efficiency was significantly reduced compared to previous studies.
