[23p-E307-9] New Hypothesis about Operation of Bipolar Transistor Using Internal Photovoltaic Effect Model

Keywords:transistor, Si solar cell, distar

The bipolar transistor (hereinafter referred to as the transistor) was born in 1948 and has brought about today's advanced information society. However, there are still many unknowns about the operation of the transistor. In 2011, Okamoto of Kagawa University proposed the transistor photodynamics theory, which states that the transistor operates by transmitting and receiving light between two junctions inside the crystal. This study aims to confirm the truth of this photokinetic theory through various measurements and observations.
