In recent years, perovskite solar cells have been attracting attention as the next generation solar cells, and among them, the energy conversion efficiency of MA3Bi2I9 solar cells has been reported to be as low as 3.2% in some reports [1]. This may be due to the high band gap energy of MA3Bi2I9 (Eg=2.1 eV) and the difficulty in controlling the stacking interface.
In this study, we aimed to elucidate the preparation conditions and electronic properties of A3Bi2X9-based compound semiconductor thin films that can be adapted to highly efficient electronic devices.
