[23p-P10-4] Extraction of Equivalent Circuit Parameters of Photovoltaic Cell with S-Shaped I-V Characteristic Using Bayesian Estimation Method

In the study of organic solar cells, the circuit parameters of the equivalent circuit model are extracted from the current-voltage characteristic curve, and the loss mechanism of the solar cell is often discussed. The author proposes to use the Bayesian estimation method instead of the conventional least-squares method. (Appl. Phys. Express 14 (2021) 046502.) In this report, we show that this method is also useful for S-shaped I-V characteristics, which are often observed in studies of organic solar cells.
