The current method of vacuum deposition of metals or application of metal inks directly on the organic layer for the top electrode formation of organic solar cells may cause damage to the organic layer. To avoid this damage, electrode lamination has been proposed, but it has durability problems due to the weak adhesion between the organic layer and the electrode. In this study, we fabricated a highly durable organic solar cell with high adhesion by forming the top electrode on a thermoplastic resin and attaching it to the organic layer.
