[23p-P10-7] Fabrication of Perovskite Solar Cells using CsFAMAPbI_3-xBr_x obtained by Dipcoating

We investigated the formation of CsFAMAPbI3-xBrx film (hereinafter referred to as perovskite film) containing cesium (Cs), methylammonium (MA), and formamidinium (FA) as cations by dipcoating. Using the perovskite film as the light absorption layer, we succeeded in fabricating a solar cell with a power conversion efficiency of 15.0% (Voc: 1.04 V, Jsc: 20.96 mA/cm², FF: 0.69, Area: 0.04 cm², 1 Sun).
