▲ [24a-E106-10] Preparation of phthalocyanine nanoparticles by laser ablation in liquid and application to contrast agents for photoacoustic imaging
Keywords:phthalocyanine, nanoparticles, laser ablation in liquid
Phthalocyanine nanoparticles were successfully prepared by laser ablation in liquid. Phthalocyanine powders in deionized water were irradiated with nanosecond-pulsed laser (Nd:YAG, SHG) at various laser fluence to prepare nanoparticles. The prepared nanoparticles were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), dynamic light scattering(DLS) and spectrophotometry. The shape was polygonal and partially spherical. The primary and secondary particle sizes were reduced with the increase of laser fluence. Absorbance was increased at low laser fluence and decreased at high laser fluence. The results of uv-vis spectrum and zeta potential show that the sample prepared at the fluence of 300 mJ/cm2 has the best dispersion stability.
