p-i-n solar cells fabricated using a MeO-2PACz monolayer as the hole transport layer are shown to have excellent operational stability in 100 h maximum power point tracking tests. The performance of two mixed halide perovskite materials, narrow bandgap Cs0.05FA0.80MA0.15PbI2.75Br0.25 and wide bandgap Cs0.05FA0.80MA0.15PbI2Br, are evaluated under both AM1.5G and simulated ambient lighting conditions. Under AM1.5G, the low bandgap material achieves a stable operating efficiency of 19%. Devices fabricated with the wide bandgap material experience transient effects following exposure to strong light that lowers the responsivity. They show superior output stability in low light, however, achieving a stable operating efficiency of 31% under 250 μW/cm2 white LED illumination.
