[24a-E301-6] Fabrication and characterization of Bull’s-eye cavities toward the enhancement of light absorption in gate-defined quantum dots

In this study, we fabricated and evaluated a Bulls'-eye optical cavity for enhancing the optical absorption of gate-defined quantum dots, which is one of the promising solid-state qubits for quantum communication platforms. As a result of the analysis of optical characteristics, the existence of the resonator mode was confirmed.
