Nanoscale thermal phenomena are investigated for applications in nanoelectronics and energy conversions. A time-domain thermoreflectance is a reliable method to measure nanoscale thermal properties, but has experimental concerns about discussing the electrical properties simultaneously. In this study, we evaluated both electrical and thermal properties in the same direction using a vertical electrolyte transistor and a gold electrode as a thermal transducer.
