To understand the intercellular thermal conductivity, we will measure the in vivo temperature distribution with diamond nano particles which is a quantum sensor and high-resolution light-field microscopy for real-time, scan-less 3D-imaging. Here, We developed "The whole body tracking system" to keep a freely moving C. elegans under the field of view of the microscopy for noninvasive temperature measurement.
