A fundus camera is a medical device that can collect images from the fundus, diagnosing eye-related diseases such as glaucoma and detecting the biomarkers for some nervous-related diseases such as Alzheimer's. Spectroscopy is an effective method for differentiating the composition of substances. This study uses multi-channel bandpass filters to realize the spectrum detection function for a selfie fundus camera in the Near-infrared (NIR) range. The reconstructed high-resolution spectra were comparable to those measured by a spectrometer.
