[24p-D315-1] [The 23rd Optics and Quantum Electronics Achievement Award Speech] Development of Novel Optical Measurement Schemes using Femtosecond Fourier Optics

〇Fumihiko Kannari1 (1.Keio Univ.)

Keywords:Ultrafast Lasers, Ultrafast Fourier Optics

I will outline the functions of ultrafast Fourier optics that have supported ultrafast laser engineering. Ultrafast Fourier optics are widely used in a variety of measurement methods and are still attracting attention as a new technology. On the other hand, that feature is not always fully utilized for some reason. I will see the possibility of developing new applications by controlling abundant frequency modes in a wide frequency band of ultra-high-speed laser pulses.
