Using an antibody labeled with highly catalytic metal nanoparticles such as platinum, the presence of the antibody is detected by reading the OCP change due to the reducing current when the reducing agent is added to the solution with a voltmeter. This time, we will make an actual biosensor and report the feasibility and measurement principle of the OCP biosensor.
