△ [24p-E104-5] Development of wireless sensing system for autonomous mobile biosensing
Keywords:biosensor, conductive hydrogel
The detection sensitivity of electrochemical biosensors is expected to be improved by autonomous movement through the solution, which increases the contact with the target molecules. We are trying to use conductive hydrogel to realize the autonomous mobile biosensor, but it is necessary to construct a wireless sensing system that does not interfere with the autonomous movement of the gel. In this study, we investigated a method for detecting changes in solution resistance caused by conductive hydrogel using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
