We experimentally demonstrate Spatially-target fabrication of gold nanoparticles working as biosensors in a hydrogel using a femtosecond laser. In this study, we demonstrated laser fabrication of gold nanoparticles having narrow absorbance spectra inside a hydrogel using L-Glutamine and urea-selective sensing.
