The half-Heusler alloys TiNiSn, which is a ternary intermetallic compound, is expected to be used as a thermoelectric material with small environmental impact. TiNiSn is known that the thermoelectric properties can be changed by elemental substitution. In this study, we aim to improve the thermoelectric properties by Sb substitution and to clarify the effect of Sb substitution. We has been obtained ZT=0.21(395K) for TiNiSn1-xSbx(x=0.01) by now.
