As a result of calculating the I-V curves with a circuit simulator using an equivalent circuit in which a series connection of a sub-diode whose n value and J0 is larger than that of the solar cell diode and a capacitor is added in parallel to the solar cell, hysteresis similar to the I-V curves of a perovskite solar cell is obtained when the breakdown voltage of the sub-diode is lowered.
