[24p-E206-2] Direct Observation of Charge Transfer in PEA-Containing Tin Perovskite Solar Cells by Electron Spin Resonance

Although tin perovskite solar cells are most promising lead-free perovskite solar cells, their power conversion efficiency is still around 14%. Recently, perovskites which contain phenylethylammonium (PEA) as A-site cations attract attentions due to high stability even in ambient condition. In this study, we directly observe charge transfer between PEDOT:PSS/perovskite interface for layered films and solar cell device and clarify operation mechanism and degradation process of the device from a microscopic viewpoint.
