National Institute of Technology, Numazu College is promoting the IP creation education with the aim of developing future industrial human resources who will be responsible for Society 5.0 utilizing Education-TRIZ, taking advantage of the regional characteristics of Mt. Fuji which is the highest in Japan, Suruga Bay which is the deepest in Japan, and the Izu Peninsula Geopark. In this presentation, we will report:(1) construction of a spiral-up type intellectual property learning system for all student, (2) activities of the special club "Intellectual Property TKY (Terakoya)", (3) TRIZ utilization network in collaboration with local governments, companies, and schools, and (4) Practical examples of environmental and energy education that have been utilized TRIZ.
