高分子絶縁体層と高分子半導体層から成る二層膜構造を作製し、電子受容性(アクセプタ)分子がドープされたチオフェン系高分子poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)とpoly[2,5-bis(3-tetradecylthiophen-2-yl)thieno[3,2-b]thiophene] (PBTTT-C14)を対象に、薄膜構造が熱輸送特性に与える影響を調査した結果について報告する。
