[24p-P01-16] Ferromagnetic resonance and magnetic damping anomaly in Fe1-xRhx ordered alloy thin films

Although the magnetic damping constant α of Fe1-xRhx alloy thin films has been shown to be very low ~9×10-4, the mechanism of the low damping is still elusive. In this study, we report on further anomalous behavior of the magnetic damping in Fe1-xRhx alloy thin films near x=0.20. In particular, we find that the magnetic damping is shown to be negative for films with x=0.22. The reason of the anomalous behavior will be discused in the presentation.
