[24p-P01-3] Micromagnetic Study of Resonant Excitation of Magnetization Dynamics in Local Region Induced by the Spin-Orbit Torque

The magnetization dynamics in the local region of magnetic thin films using the spin-orbit torque is investigated by micromagnetic simulation. Under the relatively low current condition where the spin-orbit torque induces the precession, the spin waves are generated by the precession and confined to the local region. Under this condition, the spin waves cause resonant amplification, and when the amplitude exceeds a threshold, highly coherent spin waves propagate to the surrounding area.
