The π-conjugated boron compounds, which have electron deficient three-coordinated boron atoms in their molecular structures, are expected to be applied to electron transport materials. In this study, we focused on unique mono- and diborylated anthracene derivatives with dimesitylborylethynyl groups and evaluated electron transport properties of their vapor-deposited films.
