[24p-P07-1] Injection Power Dependence of Subharmonic Injection Locking in Resonant-Tunneling Diode Terahertz oscillators

Resonant-tunneling diode (RTD) terahertz oscillators are attracting attention as compact terahertz light sources for room temperature operation, and subharmonic injection locking is one of the methods to reduce the phase noise of RTD. In our experiments, we investigated the locking range dependence of subharmonic injection locking on injection power and compared it with fundamental injection locking. In the presentation, we will discuss not only the injection power dependence but also the absolute value of the locking range.
