[24p-P07-6] Influence of Photoexcitation on Transmitted THz Wave Form in Thick-Film Silicon

In Optical pump -Terahertz probe (OPTP) measurement, the discussion of carrier dynamics in the sample that exceed the penetration length is difficult by the inhomogeneous carrier distribution and diffusion effect of carriers. In this study, OPTP measurement was performed on the thick-film silicon with a thickness of ~ 10 μm, which is the order of the penetration length of an excitation wavelength (800 nm). we discuss the carrier dynamics focusing on the changes in amplitude and peak time caused by photoexcitation.
