In this study, we investigated plasma treatmenys effect on growth promoting, a number of experiment was conducted using an underwater plasma device. The species used Lipomyces starkery CBS 1807^T, which is a kind of yeast. This yeast is called lipid-accumulating yeast and synthesizes triacylglycerols (TAGs) as intracellular fat globules in the body. In this study, the number of cells and the volume augmentation of fat globules were measured for investigating whether cell tissue growth is possible in addition to the growth of the number of cells as a growth promoting effect.
