△ [25a-E205-7] Study on Film Formation Dynamics of Solution-Processed π-Conjugated Polymer Thin Film by In-Situ Grazing-Incidence Small-Angle X-ray Scattering MethodⅡ
Keywords:donor-acceptor conjugated polymer, pre-aggregation, small-angle X-ray scattering method
Film-formation dynamics of π-conjugated polymers were studied by an in-situ grazing-incidence small-angle X-ray scattering method. When the film formation began, the diffraction peaks derived from the crystal structure was appeared. The peak intensity increased and the peak position shifted to the wide-angle side as time proceeds. The analysis of a full width half maximum of the peak revealed that the molecular orientation of the polymer occurs by pre-aggregate orientation until their deposition, and the packing spacing of the polymer chains in the aggregate decreases in the drying process.
