In multicellular organisms and complex ecosystems, cells migrate in a tight. According to advance research of single cell, the autocorrelation maintain in a short time, and that don’t maintain in long time. However, there are a lot of unsolved questions with respect to detailed theory of cell migration in groups. Therefore, we are studying, dynamics of fibroblasts in co-culture with cardiomyocytes. The co-culture was performed on PDMS, which reproduces in vivo-like behavior. Used only 7days chick embryonic heart, made co-culture with fibroblasts and cardiomyocytes on PDMS, and configured the assembly of cardiomyocytes(φ= 100 ~200 µm). We replace the co-culture in a 37℃ and 5% CO2 environment, and imaged the cells every 15 min for least 24 h. As a result, we observed the anisotropy of behavior, and linear motion between assembly of cardiomyocytes. Hence, we will evaluate the autocorrelation of fibroblasts dynamics and time vs direction.
