We propose a novel method of implement a biosensing which continuously detect multiple samples. In the proposed method, we employ bipolar phenomenon to achieve continuous detection. The method detects biomolecules on a bipolar electrode based on an impedance change between a bipolar electrode and driving electrodes. In addition, we realize a continuous detection of analyte on bipolar electrodes by scanning the driving electrodes. In this report, we describe a continuous detection of protein-immobilized on bipolar electrodes. The continuous detection showed a linear relationship between protein concentration of solution used in modification of bipolar electrodes and impedance value. Therefore, the scanning detection with bipolar phenomenon is a promising method for rapid quantification of protein on bipolar electrodes. We aim to rapid biosensing for multiple samples and the research on bipolar phenomenon through development of a scanning biosensing system.
