[25a-P04-8] Development of Compact and Highly Sensitive Immunoassay System for Gynecological Hormone Test

The gynecologic hormone test is important in the progress confirmation of the infertility treatment. However, it is difficult to deploy the large Immunoassay device in the local clinic due to the spatial limitation. To solve this problem, we developed a compact and highly sensitive Immunoassay device by utilizing centrifugal and Euler forces and devising a microchannel shape on the cartridge. This time, we report the results of various studies to improve analysis performance.
