Topological Crystalline Insulators (TCI) are attractive for application to spintronics. Tin-Telluride, which suggests to become TCI, were grown by MBE. In this study, single-domain (100) Tin-Telluride thin films were grown, whereas the previous Tin-Telluride films were grown in multiple domains of (100) and (111).
