In order to use squeezed light in a fiber-based experimental system, it is necessary to have a low optical loss optical element and to maintain high visibility at the interference point by controlling the polarization in the fiber. Therefore, we devised a low optical loss polarization control method. In this method, light whose polarization plane is shifted from the polarization-maintaining axis of the polarization-maintaining is injected into the fiber. And this fiber is stretched by a fiber stretcher and the polarization is rotated. This method enables polarization control with an optical loss of 0.5%
