カーボンニュートラル社会を目指した技術開発を、情報科学を活用して推進する産学連携のグローバル研究/教育組織として東工大InfoSyEnergyを設立し、教育部門としてエネルギー・情報卓越教育院を設置した。25の企業、16の海外大学が会員となり、70名以上の教授・准教授が参画する。本講演では、エネルギーシステム変革の必要性と9つの重点研究分野を解説し、将来のエネルギーデバイス技術の要件および研究開発例を紹介する。
