Analysis of Random Telegraph Signal (RTS) of graphene sensors might be useful for gas identification. However, graphene sensors suffer from small and slow variations in the resistance during the measurement time, making it harder to analyze the RTS. To solve this problem, the use of windowed histogram was proposed. The method was applied on a suspended graphene device in argon environment, and the feasibility of the method was demonstrated.
