We studied an in-plane micro-supercapacitor (MSC) which was fabricated by laser-annealing of an exfoliated graphite-dispersed polyamide composite film and the patterning of an electrode by laser ablation. The exfoliated graphite was prepared by 3D-ball milling of a vein graphite powder. Because the exfoliated graphite by 3D-ball mill with a high efficiency of has the larger 2D-plane of carbon atoms than commercial graphene powder from natural graphite, a low resistivity of the film and a high performance of the MSC were observed.
