A nitrogen-Vacancy (NV) center in diamond is known as qubit at room temperature. Dipole coupled NV center arrays have a potential for multi-qubit quantum registers. The molecular ion implantation is one of the techniques that can fabricate NV center arrays. In this study, phthalocyanine ions containing eight nitrogen atoms were implanted into diamond. the coherence time of the created NV center electron spin is evaluated by using the Hahn echo and XY-8 measurements.
